the fine print

Privacy, in plain English.

Privacy, in plain English.

We build the governed layer under your agents - read-only by default, writes behind approvals, receipts for everything. We hold ourselves to the same standard with your data.

what lands on the sheet

What we collect

Account basics - your name, work email, and company, when you apply for access or write to us. Product usage - which skills run, what gets approved or edited, and how the platform is used, so the harness can learn from outcomes. Connected sources - the GTM systems your team wires in through wysdymConnect, with the permissions you set. Read-only by default. Nothing scraped, nothing bought, nothing collected beyond what the platform needs to work.

what we do with it

How we use it

To run the harness for your team: ground your agents in your knowledge graph, execute the skills you invoke, and attribute outcomes so the whole stack gets smarter. Your graph is per-tenant - your data compounds for you, not for anyone else.

What we never do

We never sell your data. To anyone. Ever.

We never train shared models on your tenant’s knowledge graph.

We never write to your systems without an approval path you configured.

the boring-but-honest bit

Cookies & analytics

The essentials to keep you signed in, plus privacy-respecting analytics to understand what’s useful. No ad trackers, no cross-site anything.

Third parties

A short list of infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, model inference) under data-processing agreements. The live policy will name each one.

your page, your pen

Your rights

Access it, export it, correct it, or ask us to erase it - your data stays yours. Write to us and we’ll act on it promptly.

The short version -

Governance isn’t a feature we bolted on for the policy page. It’s the product. If a rule here ever feels vague, ask us - we’d rather over-explain than over-collect.
