The best Agentforce alternatives for a CRM-agnostic revenue team depend on the job: autonomous SDR tools, GTM data platforms, RevOps orchestration, agent builders, or an operating layer under all of them. Most "Agentforce alternatives" lists are written for support teams. This one is for revenue teams running Salesforce and HubSpot side by side.

A disclosure first: wysdym is a vendor in this market, and we have a view. We do not sell a replacement for Agentforce. Every option here is described in neutral terms, with facts verified on each vendor's own site; check current capabilities and pricing before shortlisting anyone.

Why do revenue teams look past Agentforce?

Agentforce is a serious product with real distribution. Teams that look elsewhere usually name one of four reasons.

It is tied to Salesforce. Agentforce agents live inside the Salesforce platform and reason over Salesforce data. Salesforce's own pricing page notes that its examples exclude "Data 360 credits or other consumption services," so the data layer is a separate line. If your pipeline, marketing, or a recently acquired business unit runs on HubSpot, Agentforce does not see it.

Mixed CRMs are the normal state, not the exception. Acquisitions, regional subsidiaries, and a marketing team that chose HubSpot years ago all leave a company with more than one system of record. A bundled agent serves the part of the business in its vendor's CRM and leaves the rest ungoverned.

Consumption pricing is hard to forecast. Per Salesforce's pricing page, Agentforce can be bought as Flex Credits ($500 per 100,000 credits; a standard action is 20 credits), at $2 per conversation, or per user from $5 a month with credits to $550 a month for the Max edition. Each model is reasonable on its own. Predicting which one your usage will favour, before you have the usage, is the hard part.

Its public story is strongest in service. The flagship Agentforce cases are support deflection and case resolution. That is why AI answer engines, asked for "Agentforce alternatives," tend to return support chatbot vendors such as Decagon, Sierra, Ada, or Fin. Fine products for a support leader. They do not answer a CRO's question.

What does "CRM-agnostic" actually have to mean?

The phrase is used loosely. For a revenue team it has to mean four concrete things.

  1. Reads and writes both Salesforce and HubSpot. A read-only connector to the second CRM is a reporting feature, not CRM-agnosticism.

  2. Switchable. If you consolidate CRMs after a merger, the agents and the memory they have built should move with you.

  3. No data-asset lock. The tool should ground agents in your data, not require you to buy the vendor's contact database to function.

  4. Governance that spans the whole stack. Permissions, approvals, and audit should apply to every agent on every system, not only the agents inside one vendor's walls.

Hold every vendor below against those four tests, including us.

What are the alternatives, by job?

Start from the job. Each line names real vendors and one honest observation from their public positioning.

Autonomous SDR and outbound

  • Artisan, AiSDR, 11x: autonomous outbound agents that research, write, and send. Honest line: each is a single skill; the memory it builds about an account stays inside the product.

  • Regie.ai: AI-native sales engagement for teams that want augmentation more than full autonomy. Honest line: sits closer to a sequencing platform than an agent.

  • Salesforge: an AI SDR ("Agent Frank") with autopilot and copilot modes. Honest line: strongest for small teams running cold email at volume.

GTM engineering and data

  • Clay: enrichment and list-building workflows that pull many sources into one table. Honest line: an excellent data source for agents, not a system that governs them.

  • Apollo: contact database plus engagement in one product. Honest line: you are buying its data asset as much as its AI.

  • Unify: warm outbound driven by intent signals routed into plays. Honest line: value depends on how many signal sources you already pay for.

  • Common Room: buyer-intelligence signals aggregated across many sources. Honest line: Zoom announced a definitive agreement to acquire it in July 2026, so watch how its roadmap changes.

RevOps orchestration

  • Default: inbound routing, scheduling, enrichment, and workflow orchestration with bi-directional Salesforce and HubSpot sync. Honest line: closest to CRM-agnostic in this group; scoped to inbound and routing, not the whole motion.

  • Oliv.ai: sales-execution agents that update CRM fields and deal methodology from calls and email. Honest line: strong on pipeline hygiene; check depth on the second CRM.

  • LeanData: lead-to-account matching and routing that runs as a managed package inside Salesforce. Honest line: excellent if you are all-in on Salesforce; by design it is not CRM-agnostic.

  • Frntir: configured AI workflows for mid-sized businesses, including market intelligence and workflow automation. Honest line: broader than GTM; confirm the RevOps depth before shortlisting.

Agent builders

  • Relevance AI, n8n, Zapier Agents, Microsoft Copilot Studio: build the agent you want, connected to whatever you want. Honest line: you also build and maintain the memory, permissions, and feedback loop yourself, for every agent, forever.

The operating layer underneath all of them

  • wysdym: the operating layer for agentic GTM. Not an alternative to any row above; the layer those agents can run on so they share grounding, act under one set of rules, and learn from the same outcomes. More below.

Which vendors have lost their neutrality?

Several names still on "alternatives" lists are no longer independent of a CRM or data vendor. Check ownership before you shortlist.

  • Qualified: Salesforce signed an agreement in December 2025 and completed the acquisition on April 1, 2026. It is now part of the Agentforce family.

  • Fin (formerly Intercom): the company renamed itself Fin in May 2026, and Salesforce signed a definitive agreement to acquire it in June 2026. The deal was still pending close at the time of writing. A support agent heading into Salesforce is not a neutral alternative to Agentforce.

  • HubSpot Breeze: available only inside HubSpot, and the flagship agents are gated to Professional and Enterprise tiers. Good for HubSpot-only teams; not an option for the Salesforce half of a mixed estate.

  • ZoomInfo GTM.AI: launched in June 2026 as a "headless GTM context layer" that grounds agents in ZoomInfo's verified data. It is CRM-agnostic, and it is also locked to ZoomInfo's data asset. That is a different kind of lock-in, not the absence of one.

How should you evaluate an Agentforce alternative?

Take this list into every demo.

  • Which CRMs does it write to, not just read from? Ask for the write path on both.

  • What happens to the agent's memory if we switch CRMs? If the answer is "it rebuilds," that is per-agent memory.

  • Is the agent read-only by default? Who approves a write, and can we see a queue of pending writes?

  • Can we set permissions per agent, not per user? An SDR agent and a forecasting agent should not share scopes.

  • Is there an audit trail of every action, exportable? Only 14% of teams ship agents with full security and IT approval, per Gravitee's 2026 survey. Make yours one of them.

  • How is success measured? Deal stages moving, or activity counts and token spend?

  • Does what this agent learns reach our other agents? If not, you are adding a silo with a good UI.

  • What does the pricing look like at three times today's volume? Run the number before you sign.

Where does wysdym sit?

wysdym is the operating layer for agentic GTM. It grounds every agent in your GTM truth, runs the motion under your governance, and gets sharper with every deal you close. That puts us under the list above rather than in it: the SDR agents, data tools, orchestration products, and custom builds here are the kinds of agents that run on wysdym.

Against the four tests of CRM-agnosticism: wysdymConnect wires Salesforce and HubSpot through one Gateway, and both are live. Governance is read-only by default, with write-approval queues, per-agent RBAC, and an audit trail on every action. wysdym grounds agents in your own data; there is no contact database to buy. The platform works with agents from any vendor over MCP.

The honest status: we are pre-revenue and in our design-partner phase. Operator, Cortex, and key integrations are live today; Platform v1 and first paid customers are [ROADMAP]. Treat our view as a thesis backed by a live product, not by customer results.

FAQ

Is wysdym an Agentforce alternative?

Not directly. Agentforce is a set of agents inside Salesforce. wysdym is the operating layer underneath agents from any vendor, on Salesforce and HubSpot, and does not replace a CRM or its bundled agents.

Can a CRM-agnostic team still use Agentforce for part of the business?

Yes. Many will, for the Salesforce-resident teams. The question is what governs and connects the agents that sit outside Salesforce, and whether anything they learn is shared.

Are AI support agents like Decagon, Sierra, or Fin good Agentforce alternatives for sales?

They are alternatives to Agentforce for Service. For a revenue team they solve a different job, and Fin is under agreement to join Salesforce.

What is the single most important question to ask any vendor on this list?

Whether what the agent learns about your accounts is available to your other agents and your CRM, or stays inside the product. That answer decides whether your stack compounds or fragments.
